I'm a Registered massage therapist based in Eureka, just 15 minutes out of Hamilton.

My philosophy revolves around providing fully customised massage, tailoring each massage to meet your individual needs and preferences. Whether that be increased flexibility, sports recovery, pain-relief or purely just for rejuvenation. I can offer targeted massage therapy, including sports massage, deep tissue massage and trigger pointing.

Coming from a sporting background, I have a strong interest in athletes who are looking to minimise physical restraints and maximise function. My goal is for you to be able to train harder and recover faster.
